The structured training session, faster, safer, better, with Stefan - 6pm ($10/FREE*)

Power Training - Morning Session- 9am ($10)

This morning session is for riders who can't make it to the evening sessions. These sessions are targeted to improve riding skills with power training and some motorpacing depending on the skill level of the riders in attendance. CONTACT: hshibata49@gmail.com

Open Training Session - 5pm ($10)

Open session for training for individual efforts. If attendance agree and request, structured workout and program can be done. Such as Power, Interval, Endurance or Motor pacing *The attendance must had finish certified beginner class.*
